Giving response to this huge fan following of tablets users, HCL Me has launched its series of tablets at affordable price tag. These tablets come with special features and have been designed for all categories, right from the professionals to students. Let us compare the three exclusive product of HCL Me y2, Me ul and Me xl on different parameters.

Price: all three varieties come with different price tag. When it comes to HCL me x1, you will have to pay rs. 7,495, whereas Hcl me u1 costs you only 6,490 and for buying HCL ME Y2 may be you will have to pay little extra as it costs, rs, 14,423.
Weight: well, weight does not make much difference with any of the HCL gadgets. Me x1 weighs a little heavy, nearly around 391.5g, ME u1 weighs 350g and me tab y2 weighs around 368g.
Dimensions: HCL ME tablets vary in all three models. As you pay more, you will get wider gadgets. The HCL ME UL measures around 192.8×117.28×12.53mm, while HCL ME X1 measures 192.5×121.35×12.2mm, and HCL ME Tab Y2 measures 120x200x13mm gives much wider screen as compared to the earlier two.
Operating system: As far as the operating system is concerned, only HCL ME TAB Y2 is inbuilt with exclusive features GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 / HSDPA 2100 MHz, but you won’t be getting keypad with either of the models.
3G: All these HCL models support 3G though it slightly differs from one another. Though HCL ME X1 only supports some specific service providers, namely Tata Docomo, Airtel, Reliance, Vodafone etc, whereas me U1 supports USB dongle and Tab Y2 supports HSPDA with 3.6 Mbps speed.
Display: HCL tablets have some of the jaw dropping features. Hcl me X1 has large 7 inches WVCA LCD capacitive touch screen, while Me U1 is of 7.0 inches capacitive touchscreen, aspect ratio 16:9, and ME tab 2 comes with 7 inches, IPS LCD capacitive multi-touch screen. Although display size varies across different model, for instance the MEX1 measures 480×800 pixels, me u1, is nearly 800×480 pixels and 1024×600 pixels.
Processor: again processor is something that draws the fine line between different models produced by HCL. Me X1’s CPU configures 1 GHz processor, ARM Cortex-A8 and high performance low power CPU, on the other hand ME U1 work cortex A8 along with 1Ghz processor. Me tab y2 is featured with various ingredients like Cortex A9, 1Ghz processor, GPU: Mali 400 multimedia processing.
Internal memory: HCL ME is charged with great internal memory, as me x1 has internal memory of 4GB storage along with 512 MB DDR3 RAM, me U1 is with 4GB storage with 512 DDR3 RAM, and me tab y2 is with 8GB flash+1GB DDR3 RAM.
Camera: Although HCL ME will not give you a very promising camera, yet it won’t disappoint you much. HCL ME X1 is designer with a shooter of 2mega pixel front camera for video calling; ME U1 is inbuilt with 0.3 mega pixel VGA front camera, whereas Me tab y2 is featured with 2 MP camera(1600×1200 pixels), along with exclusive 0.3 MP VGA front camera.
Hence, if you compare all there models of HCL me, HCL ME Tab Y2 is a better gadget, but you will have loose hard bucks. For students buying other models would also be not a bad option. So it’s all up to you as you have to choose what suites you the best.
